This is a place where end-users, value-added resellers and other service providers can interact, network and carry on with commerce.
NOTE: If you join, you will first have a standard membership. This is a disabled membership. Then go to the membership link to subscribe to fully benefit from the EMR village (the cost doesn't cover running the website but these minimal membership fees reduce spambot attacks, etc.)
So, what does the EMR village do? The answer is, MANY THINGS.
Here are some examples:
- Increased real time communication - members can chat, video chat, do video chat conferences, do web-conferencing and webinars!
- Blogs - from superusers, pundits and McKesson employees who allow you to see "what's up"!
- Ads - classifieds for postions needed or people available, services, equipment, and more! These you can post.
- Whiteboard capability, video posting , photo posting and even streaming music - (after all, leisure time is important in the village!)
- Ability to post events - to schedule times to interact with each other
